Procedures for Viewing Master's Theses & Research Reports (Lists Available Online)

Please follow the following steps to apply for admission to Promis Office to view the data or hard copies of Master's theses and Research Reports.

Fill in the application form below according to your affiliation and submit the form to the following email address. Your application has to be submitted at least two weeks earlier than the date you plan to visit our office.
- Contact: gicls-promis[at]research.kobe-u.ac.jp (please replace [at] with the at sign)
- Please choose an application form (available in Japanese only) from your affiliation accordingly:
  Application form for internal applicants
  Application form for external applicants
- "Year of submission" (提出年度) and "Title" (題目) of the Master's Theses or Research Reports are necessary. Please refer to the lists below and make sure these fields are well-filled with the details required, whereas the "Author" (執筆者名) field may be left blank.
If the requested data or hard copy is available on one of the dates required, you will receive a letter of viewing permission (閲覧許可書) with the date and time specified. Also, note that the data may be unavailable due to the conditions imposed on viewing.
Please visit Promis Office with your letter of viewing permission and IDs on the date and time specified.

Note that the data or hard copies of Master's theses and Research reports are accessible only by in-person visit at the Promis Office (with the laptop provided). Duplication of the hard copies in any fashion (including photographic copies) and any deliberate attempt to download, (re)store or upload the data by connecting the laptop provided to the Internet or any other devices are not allowed.
