Please refer to the <a href=\"#lists\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#lists\">lists<\/a> below and make sure these fields are well-filled with the details required, whereas the \"Author\" (\u57f7\u7b46\u8005\u540d) field may be left blank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-regular-font-size\">If the requested data or hard copy is available on one of the dates required, you will receive a letter of viewing permission (\u95b2\u89a7\u8a31\u53ef\u66f8) with the date and time specified. Also, <strong>note that the data may be unavailable due to the conditions imposed on viewing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-regular-font-size\">Please visit Promis Office with your<strong> letter of viewing permission<\/strong> and<strong> IDs<\/strong> on the date and time specified. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-regular-font-size\">Note that the data or hard copies of Master's theses and Research reports are <strong>accessible only by in-person visit at the Promis Office (with the laptop provided)<\/strong>.
